From our first conversation, when she clearly explained what services she could provide, to very quickly listing my property and showing it off to great advantage, she was right on top of the job. Within just a few days she had the house listed and shown and several qualified potential tenants. We talked together at length to decide on the best option-I really appreciated her help with that as well. She took care of all of the paperwork and the initial payments and made everything as easy as possible. I’m really grateful not to have had to do all of that myself knowing that I could not have done as good a job.
