Christina was extremely knowledgeable on all of the local rental procedures. She always got back to me in a timely manner and answered all of my questions to the best of her ability. When I needed something taken care of at the property, she made sure that my needs were met and that I was cared for properly. All monetary transactions were also handled in a very professional manner and she never kept me waiting. She was kind, courteous, and caring. I specifically remember one time when I was harassed by a random man while I was getting out of my car who somehow knew which window in the building was my apartment. When I let Christina know about the situation and how much it had scared me, she immediately went into action and helped me to get blinds put in my kitchen window within a week so that people could not see into my kitchen window at night so that I could feel safe and secure in my home. This is the kind of attention to detail she always provides for her clients.
